From the vibrant streets of Cape Town, Céline ignited her passion for performance with acting and tap dancing. In 2022, she ventured into improvisational theatre at CET Zurich. 

When she‘s not performing on stage, it will be in the office in the role of HR Queen.

Edu started improv theater in Zurich in 2022. As a passionate improviser, he crafts immersive experiences through stories, games, and musicals on stage at What is Normal and other groups.

By day, he works as a mechanical engineer in Zurich’s fast-paced startup environment, creating a more sustainable world.

Maya bumbled accidentally into improv and can no longer imagine life without it. The once-shy mother of three now basks in her newfound bravery on stage and draws tremendous joy from playing with What is Normal.

Off-stage, she works as an English teacher in upper-secondary schools and dreams of one day giving a TED talk on the transformative powers of improvisation.

A biochemical engineer by profession and an award-winning veteran of the Science-Slam scene, Mike loves nothing more than to fuse his love of science with improvised theatre.

Phil's theater roots started in NYC in high school, where he performed musical theater, open mics, and sketch comedy. He began improvising in 2022 and has since developed into a passionate improviser.

Off stage, Phil works as an English teacher, coach, trainer, and improv instructor.

Tudor stumbled upon improvisation during an acting course at CET in 2022 and has been hooked ever since. 

An architect by training, improv has shown him what it means to be in the moment, rather than thinking about the future or dwelling on the past.
